Lucy, Consultant Gastrointestinal Dietitian & Founder
Lucy is the founder of LK Nutrition, and a consultant gastrointestinal dietitian with over 10 years experience in the field. Lucy holds clinics in Marylebone (OneWelbeck and King Edward VII), and online, having supported thousands of clients with disorders of the gut–brain axis (such as IBS), inflammatory bowel disease, metabolic concerns, hormone-related symptoms and performance-related gut issues.
Alongside clinical practice, she is actively involved in education and professional development within the field of dietetics.
Lucy is a guest lecturer at the University of Surrey, teaching final-year dietetic students on gastrointestinal nutrition, and regularly deliver education sessions for doctors and other healthcare professionals on the role of diet in gut health.
Lucy has contributed to the latest edition of the Manual of Dietetic Practice on the topic of malabsorption and writes for national publications on gut health and nutrition.
Niamh, Gastrointestinal and Surgical Dietitian
Niamh Brennan is a specialist dietitian with seven years’ experience working across a range of NHS hospital settings, with expertise in gastroenterology, GI surgery, oncology and hepatopancreatobiliary disease.
Having worked across both acute hospital and outpatient settings, Niamh has developed broad experience supporting people with a wide range of digestive health conditions, including IBS, SIBO, IBD and coeliac disease.
Niamh is FODMAP-trained through King’s College London and has supported hundreds of individuals to improve their digestive symptoms through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Her approach is personalised to each individual, taking into account their symptoms, lifestyle, preferences and goals to create practical and sustainable changes that fit into everyday life.
Beth, Gastrointestinal and Women’s Health Dietitian
Beth is an experienced specialist dietitian in gut health and women’s health, with a proven track record from leading NHS hospitals in London. She is dedicated to helping individuals get to the bottom of what is causing their gut health issues and empowering them to make sustainable diet and lifestyle changes for long-term results. Bethany has a particular expertise in supporting clients with functional gut disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, and pancreatic diseases, tailoring evidence-based strategies to alleviate gut symptoms and improve quality of life.
